Council accepts payment of fees for the processing of Council Search Reports & Certificate of Liabilities via its in house secure web server.
The charges for 2023/2024 are:
| Full search | $66.75 |
| Certificate of Liabilities | $39.00 |
Additional charge of $27.75 will apply per additional Certificate of Title linked to a property.
Port Augusta City Council do not process urgent search requests.
Please note your receipt number so that this can be stated on your request submitted to Council.

Payments may also be made in person at the Civic Centre 4 Mackay Street, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Cash, cheque and EFTPOS accepted.
