Online Payment of Rates

Council accepts rate payments online to its inhouse secure web server. When making a payment please have ready your Customer Reference Number (eCouncil No.), located on the front of your rate notice.

If you are paying after the due date of an instalment a 2% fine will apply to the unpaid balance of the instalment.

If you wish to make a payment by phone, dial 1300 276 468. Please quote Councils biller code which is 1351915 and have your Customer Reference Number and credit card ready.

Payments can be made in person at the Civic Centre 4 Mackay Street, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Cash, cheque and EFTPOS accepted.
